Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations are not permitted once a booking is confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, including if the customer chooses not to proceed with the appointment for any reason. If the customer or vehicle is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, the deposit is non-refundable and the appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements.
